Unfortunately, we have all heard the stories of construction projects gone bad: Cost and schedule overruns, quality control issues, warrantee issues, defects, failures, injuries, and claims. Should you find yourself in one of these unfortunate situations, Hirsch has the knowledge and experience to help guide you to successful resolution.

Satisfactory resolution is based on thorough fact finding and analysis of your project conditions, as well as recommendations for resolving all issues: 

• Observe, record, and analyze visible and concealed project conditions
• Perform thorough review of project documentation
• Recommend solutions to resolve issues
• Estimate costs of remediation and corrections

Once facts are established and solutions proposed, parties can meet to resolve issues working within the dispute resolution conditions of the project contract. Our goal is to have a fact-based resolution of issues whenever possible. This allows us to bring parties together for fair and equitable solutions with minimal resource expenditures of time and expense.

With cooperation of all parties, the team can be put back on track and amicably complete the project. Should mediation fail and arbitration or litigation be required, Paul Hirsch will serve as an expert witness. He will also assist counsel in bringing in other experts as required to address all aspects of the dispute.
